ServiceNow Expert Developer and Technical Consultant

Job description

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Expert Developer and Technical Consultant to support the implementation and lifecycle of a custom ServiceNow-based TV Release & Content Management System. The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on development skills with solid experience in technical design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability
  • Contribute to technical design and architecture within defined platform guidelines
  • Configure ServiceNow using out-of-the-box functionality and custom development where required
  • Design and develop custom applications, features, and extensions on client and server side
  • Provide technical guidance on complex ServiceNow-related topics
  • Develop ServiceNow portals including front-end (HTML, CSS, AngularJS) and back-end components, widgets, workflows, flows, and integrations
  • Design and implement API integrations with external systems
  • Ensure compliance with implementation standards and technical best practices
  • Maintain, optimize, and enhance existing ServiceNow implementations
  • Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
  • Support testing activities, rollouts, and hyper-care phases
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and specifications

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a specialization in software development or a comparable qualification
  • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including development and technical design responsibilities
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its capabilities
  • Strong JavaScript skills (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Glide API)
  • Expertise in Flow Designer and API integrations
  • Practical experience with agile methods
