ServiceNow Technical Consultant

Job description

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of ServiceNow solutions for our customers.

In this role, you will configure the platform using out-of-the-box capabilities, contribute to technical implementation activities, and support integrations, testing, rollout, and ongoing platform enhancements.

The position is intentionally broad and suitable for a strong Professional or Senior profile with hands-on ServiceNow experience. We are looking for someone who understands the ServiceNow platform, enjoys solving complex business and technical challenges, and can contribute across implementation, configuration, consulting, and delivery activities.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure ServiceNow solutions based on business needs and technical guidelines
  • Translate requirements into practical, scalable ServiceNow configurations and solution designs
  • Use ServiceNow out-of-the-box capabilities and support customizations where needed
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams
  • Support integrations with external systems using APIs and ServiceNow best practices
  • Maintain, optimize, and improve existing ServiceNow implementations
  • Support testing, rollout, go-live, and hypercare activities
  • Troubleshoot issues and contribute to clear technical and functional documentation
  • Ensure compliance with platform standards, implementation guidelines, and best practices

Requirements and Skills

  • Professional or Senior-level experience with ServiceNow implementation, configuration, consulting, or platform delivery
  • Solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform, its core capabilities, and implementation best practices
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration, including forms, fields, tables, workflows, flows, catalog items, roles, groups, and access controls
  • Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, or other ServiceNow integration approaches is a strong plus
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Glide API, or related ServiceNow scripting concepts is beneficial
  • Experience with one or more ServiceNow modules or areas such as ITSM, CSM, Service Catalog, CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, ITOM, FSM, SPM, SecOps, GRC/IRM, SAM, HAM, or HRSD is an advantage
  • ServiceNow certifications are a plus, especially Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or any Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification
  • Additional ServiceNow certifications or micro-certifications (UI Builder, IntegrationHub, CMDB/CSDM, Discovery, etc.) are welcome
  • Ability to understand business processes and translate them into practical ServiceNow solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on quality, stability, and maintainability
  • Independent, reliable, and structured way of working
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Practical experience in agile delivery environments is beneficial
  • Very good English skills
  • High personal and professional integrity, a collaborative mindset, and strong work ethics
