Job position: Webtiser - ServiceNow Technical Consultant

Job description

We are looking for a passionate and talented ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join us and support the implementation of ServiceNow for our B2B clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing or build interfaces with ServiceNow solutions and will have a deep understanding of the platform and its capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Configure ServiceNow to meet client-specific requirements by leveraging OOTB features

  • Provide technical expertise and support during the implementation of ServiceNow

  • Follow implementation standards and technical best practices

  • Provide expertise on technical questions, related to ServiceNow platform

  • Development of custom features on client/server side and documentation

  • Technical specifications

  • System configuration

  • Testing support

  • Rollout and hyper care support

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow configuration/scripting and webservice

  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its capabilities

  • Good problem-solving skills

  • Highly focused on quality

  • Independent and reliable way of working

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Very good English

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Flexible, self-motivated, and committed personality with stamina, who maintains an overview even in a complex environment

  • Highest personal and professional integrity and strong work ethics

  • Results orientation, willingness to commit to a direction and drive operations to completion

  • Demonstrated ability to manage adversity and challenging situations
