Join the team that develops the leading cloud-based Healthcare Practice Information System used by professionals across Switzerland. The product helps medical practices streamline administrative and clinical workflows and connect with digital healthcare services.

As part of a major Tech Stack Modernization project, you will help transform the product over several years while it remains operational and regularly released. The future platform is built on a cloud-native architecture with Angular, Java Spring Boot, Azure, and modern DevOps practices.

You will join an experienced international engineering team and work closely with architects, backend developers, business analysts, testers, and UX specialists. As a key Webtiser frontend specialist, you will also help onboard and mentor future frontend developers.

Your Role

As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will play a key role in modernizing the application's frontend architecture and user experience.

You will contribute to architecture discussions, define standards and best practices, and collaborate with the engineering team to build scalable, maintainable frontend solutions. As the team grows, you will help onboard and mentor additional frontend developers while promoting high engineering quality.

Together with the team, you will deliver a modern, enterprise-grade user experience focused on efficiency, usability, scalability, and maintainability.

You will:

• Contribute to frontend architecture, software design, and development standards.
• Design, implement, and improve scalable, reusable Angular components aligned with the product's design system.
• Ensure performance, accessibility, testability, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with backend engineers, architects, UX designers, business analysts, and testers.
• Promote code quality, automated testing, and engineering best practices.
• Review code, guide team members, and mentor additional frontend developers.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimations, architecture reviews, and continuous improvement.
• Support reliable, frequent production releases and a culture focused on quality, security, customer value, and learning.

Job requirements

Tech skills

Mandatory

• 5+ years of professional frontend development experience.
• Extensive experience with Angular or a comparable modern frontend framework (React or Vue.js).
• Strong TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS skills.
• Experience building large-scale enterprise web applications.
• Experience implementing reusable UI components and frontend design patterns.
• Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive user interfaces.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and modern web services.
• Experience with frontend testing frameworks and automated testing approaches.
• Good understanding of software architecture principles.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Good understanding of non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, security, and reliability.

• Experience with SaaS products and cloud-native applications.
• Experience in healthcare software, medical information systems, ERP, CRM, ticketing, or other complex business applications.
• Experience in application modernization or migration initiatives.
• Experience working with microservice-based architectures.
